Users should be in control of security on their own personal machines, not some company dictating on how you should manage it. Having to keep track of dozens of passwords is taxing enough without some company forcing you to continually change them at their discretion when they feel like it. After an app is added, click its up and down arrows to allow or block connections through the firewall. I could understand the rationale if their data servers had be compromised but their has been compromised but their has been no indication that they have. If the Firewall Options button is disabled, first click Turn On Firewall to turn on the firewall for your Mac.

In my opinion changing a password should be a user decision, not some 'big brother' organization forcing you to do so. The good news is there is no restriction to changing the password back to what it was immediately after changing it to get rid of the annoying message.
